Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Marnuvexgroup investment consultation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Investment Services
Marnuvexgroup provides professional investment consultation services including:
- Hourly investment advisory sessions ranging from R800 to R4000 per hour
- Portfolio analysis and asset allocation recommendations
- Financial planning and wealth management strategies
Eligibility Requirements
Our investment consultation services are available to individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria.
Clients must be at least 18 years old, legal residents of South Africa, and able to provide accurate financial information for consultation purposes.
Client Obligations
As a client of our investment consultation services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information during consultations
- Pay consultation fees promptly according to agreed terms
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Marnuvexgroup
- Use our services only for lawful investment purposes
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services:
- Providing false or misleading financial information
- Using our services for illegal financial activities
- Sharing confidential consultation materials with unauthorized parties
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary methodologies
Payment Terms
Investment consultation fees are charged on an hourly basis and must be paid according to our agreed schedule.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. All fees are quoted in South African Rand.
Late payments may result in suspension of consultation services until accounts are current.
Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, and materials provided during investment consultations remain the intellectual property of Marnuvexgroup.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our proprietary investment strategies without written permission.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your financial information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Investment Disclaimers
Investment consultation services carry inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
We provide professional advice but cannot warrant specific investment outcomes or returns.
Limitation of Liability
Marnuvexgroup's liability for any claims arising from investment consultation services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific consultation session.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the consultation fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Client Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Marnuvexgroup against claims arising from misrepresentation of financial information or misuse of consultation services.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with reasonable notice. Marnuvexgroup reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and access to consultation materials ceases.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
Terms Modifications
Marnuvexgroup may modify these terms periodically, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.
Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email notification.
